1. What brand of shirts do you offer?

We offer high quality brands such as Comfort Colors, Gildan, Jerzees, Bella Canvas, and many others.

2. Can I order a custom shirt design?

Absolutely. We accept custom orders for special events, teams, businesses, and more. Please use the “Custom Order Request” form or email us directly for more info.

3. Do you sell to other small businesses or crafters?

Yes, Magnolia Muse proudly supports other creatives. Whether you’re buying for personal use or stocking up for your shop. We’ve got you covered.

4. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available in Baton Rouge, LA. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll send pickup instructions when your order is ready.

5. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns or refunds on custom orders.

6. How do I care for my shirts?

To keep your shirts looking their best wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
